LLOYD H. HARSHBARGER
(March 8, 1922 - September 21, 2009)

LLOYD H. HARSHBARGER, 87, passed away Monday, September 21, 2009 at his residence. He was born March 8, 1922 in Cabell County, the son of the late, John and Hattie Smith Harshbarger. He was married to Teresa Harsbarger who passed away in 2005. He was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, retired from the corrugated department of Owens-Illinois Glass Co and was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during WWII. He is survived by one son, Steve and Carla Harshbarger of Ona, one grandson, David Harshbarger, one daughter-in-law, Debbie Dean, of Chesapeake, Ohio, three stepchildren, Sarah Payne, Cynthia Kytola, and Terri Anderson, four great-grandchildren, Zack and C.J, Wooten, Conner Anderson and Morhgan Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Teresa Harshbarger in 2005, stepsons, Dale Dean and Harold Dean. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 2:00 PM at HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE with the Rev. Clee Egnor officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 from 6-8 PM at the Henson Mortuary. HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE is assisting the family with arrangements.
