GEORGE W. STOUGH
(Died September 29, 2009)

GEORGE W. STOUGH, 95 of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, West Virginia. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2009 at HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE. Rev. Sue Jarrett officiating. Internment follows at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Mr. Stough was born February 22, 1914, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of the late Wallace and Lillian Weber Stough. He was a retired claims adjuster for GMAC, a member of VFW Post #9738 in Guyandotte and of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church. In addition, Mr. Stough was predeceased by his wife, Pauline Stough in 2007, and five brothers, Lee, Ed, Bob, Gene and Jack Stough. He is survived by a daughter, Ann McBride of Charleston, West Virginia; a son, George W. Stough Jr. of Alpharetta, GA; a sister, Evelyn Herring of Sylvania, Ohio; a granddaughter, Lauren Martin and grandson, Will Stough. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff of Hubbard House. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Pea Ridge United Methodist Church or Hubbard Hospice House of Charleston, West Virginia. The family will receive friends one hour before services Saturday at HENSON MORTUARY.
