RALPH LEWIS DUDDING
(July 30, 1929 - October 6, 2011)

Ralph Lewis Dudding, 82 of Barboursville, WV passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2011 at Steele Memorial United Methodist Church, Barboursville with Dr. John Sauvage officiating and under the direction of Henson Mortuary, Barboursville. Burial will follow in the Dudding Family Cemetery, Culloden, WV with military graveside rites conducted by the American Legion Post # 139, Milton, WV. He was born July 30, 1929 in Culloden, WV, the son of the late Ivan Dewitt Dudding and Elsie (Duncan) Richards. Ralph worked many years as a retail store owner and manager, served in the U.S. Navy and was Methodist by faith. He is survived by two sons, R. Wayne Dudding (Francine) and Mark D. (Jackie) Dudding both of Pittsburgh, PA; one sister, Grace Hale of Yorktown, VA; three grandchildren, Taylor, Alexa and Shane Dudding all of Pittsburgh, PA. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Jenkins and Bonnie Redden and two brothers, Raymond and Robert Dudding. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV and one hour prior to services on Monday at the church.
