PHILLIP DALE CHILDERS
(December 11, 1972 - April 8, 2015)

Phillip Dale Childers, 42 of Huntington, W.Va. went home where his parents, Phyllis and Richard Childers, his grandparents, sister, aunts, uncles, and cousins waited on Wednesday, April 08, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. He was born December 11, 1972 in Huntington, W.Va. He loved the Steelers and the Reds. He is survived by one sister, Rhonda Childers and one brother, Rick Childers and six children he considered to be his nieces and nephews, Nikkie, Sarah, Miranda, Meredith , Lacie and Jeremy Adkins; several aunts and uncles, Janice Childers Walker and husband, Tommy, Wanda and Homer Gue, Harwll and Bill Adkins, Wilma Adkins, Betty and Jerry Webb and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. Burial will follow in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
