Joyce Marlene Farley, 82 of Huntington, WV passed away, Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Millard Holley and Louella McFann Holley. Joyce was born August 21, 1938 in Lesage, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max O. Farley, a decorated Korean War Veteran; and sons, Michael A. Farley, a Marine Veteran and former Police Officer and, Larry O. Farley a Union worker. She is survived by a brother, Ronald (Josephine) Holley of Freeport, Maine, a retired USCG Chief Warrant Officer. Joyce is also survived by a son, David "D" Farley, and a daughter, Terry (Bill) Knight; her grandchildren, April Knight, Misty Knight, Cody (Lana) Farley and Brittany Farley; great-grandchildren, Paige and Perri Jefferson, Aaron Townson, Maston and Ava Farley. Special In-Laws, Richard (Edith) Farley of Huntington, WV and Sis Farley of Columbus, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV. with Pastor Jamie Jefferson officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from noon until service time on Saturday at the mortuary. Due to COVID-19, the family asks that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
