James "Eddie" Dyer
(June 30, 1990 - January 21, 2013)



Eddie Dyer, 22, of Ironton, Ohio, went to be with his Lord after a battle with Sarcoma cancer on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the England Hills Freewill Baptist Church, Mayo Trail Road, Catlettsburg, KY ,41129 by Pastor Willie May. Burial will follow in the May Family Cemetery, Huntington, WV. Eddie was a graduated of South Point High School where he lettered in football and a member of the England Hills Freewill Baptist Church. Eddie was born on June 30, 1990 in Huntington, WV the son of James and Darlene May Dyer. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Russell and Gladys May and his paternal grandfather: Fred Dyer, an uncle: Arnie may and a cousin: Miles Paxton. He is survived by his wife Debra Barney Dyer, two sisters and brother in law: Amanda and Andrew McCormick of Catlettsburg, KY., and Alexis Dyer of South Point, Ohio, three nephews: James Creighton Dyer, Richard Kelley Jr., Michael Kelley, Mother in law and father in law: Emory and Cindy Barney of Ironton, Ohio, Grandmother and grandfather: Betty and Bill Morris, a special aunt: Florence May, best friends Shane and Shawn Freize, many aunts, uncles , cousins and friends. Friends may call from 5-8 pm Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the church. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
