Obituary

Gladys Pauline Jeffrey
(November 21, 1925 - November 1, 2016)

Gladys Pauline Jeffrey, 90, of Barboursville, WV passed away on November 1, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. Born on the 21st of November, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Sumner and Velma Bias Dial. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than sixty years, Robert Paul Jeffrey, and a brother, Clyde Dial. She is survived by her three children: daughter, Paula Jenkins (Don) of Barboursville, sons, Robert W. Jeffrey, of Huntington, and Richard Jeffrey of Charleston, WV. Also surviving are four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a member of Dillon Chapel United Methodist Church and retired from Sears Roebuck Company. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home of Barboursville. Services will be held at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel of Barboursville at 11 a.m. Friday, November 4, 2016, by Rev. Ron Musser.
