Obituary

Kirsten Janna Waybright
(November 25, 1990 - November 16, 2016)

The world was a more beautiful place on Tuesday... Kirsten Janna Waybright of Huntington W.Va., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at her home. She was 25 years old. She was born into a military family on November 25, 1990 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the first daughter of Matthew Waybright of Marietta, Ohio and Jonda Mobley of Ona, West Virginia. She spent her childhood and teenage years traveling and exploring many parts of the world. First in Georgia, and then North Carolina as a youngster. She then moved on to Paris, France where she attended the Marymount Academy and played soccer. From there moving to Muscat, Oman, where she was a student at the American International School. Kirsten traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East during this time. Upon returning to the US as a teenager, she settled in the Outer Banks area of North Carolina, where she was a cheerleader in school and spent much 'quality time' at the beaches with family and friends. She later moved to Marietta, Ohio and then settled her home in Huntington, West Virginia. Kirsten was a homemaker and a restaurant manager who enjoyed many types of music, especially The Beatles. Along with her travels, she loved family gatherings and time with her many friends. Above all she adored her 2 beautiful children. Surviving are her parents and children, Artlyn (Artie) and Jamison; sister, Kelsey and brother, Kyle; paternal grandparents, Paul and Rhonda Strahler of Macksburg, Ohio; maternal grandparents Demi (Pawpaw) and Sue Mack of Greenville, North Carolina; and John W. (Papoo) Davis of Huntington; fiancee, Nick Fralic and his parents, Joe and Teresa Fralic of Barboursville, and a large extended family. KJ will be so missed and will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Rest in peace, baby girl. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, November 20th at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, W.Va.  The family will have a private celebration of her life on her 26th birthday.
