Obituary

John Michael Thomas
(october 1, 1963 - November 11, 2016)

John Michael Thomas, 53, of Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, November 11, 2016. He was born October 1, 1963 in Jerome, Idaho, a son of Mary Lancaster Lundin of Midvale, Idaho and the late Michael Dale Thomas. He was a graduate of Barboursville High School and received his Master’s Degree from Marshall University. After graduation John had an interesting and varied career as an IT Specialist. His innovations has helped countless employees make their jobs easier. He was an employee Gestamp in Charleston, WV, and was a Christian by faith. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Morgan Thomas of Huntington; one son, Jacob Thomas of Huntington; two brothers, Allen Thomas of Sahuarita, AZ and George Thomas of Boise, ID and two half brothers, Christian Thomas with the US Army and Nilo Thomas, San Antonio, TX Services will be conducted at 4:00 pm Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville.
