JERRY LEE BLAKE
(March 15, 1942 - February 3, 2017)

JERRY LEE BLAKE, 74, of Huntington, passed away February 3, 2017. Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Woodmere Memorial Park Abby of Peace Mausoleum. He was born March 15, 1942, in Huntington, a son of the late Alta Marie Blake Barrett. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Gary and Jerry Dale Blake. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Sue Shiflett Blake; one son, Garland Walker of Cleveland, Ohio, one sister, Francis Berry of Lavalette; one brother, James Michael Barrett, who resides with Sandra; two grandchildren, J.J. Blake and Christopher Blake. There will be no visitation. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
