CRYSTAL RAE HAYSLETTE
(September 25, 1984 - February 16, 2017)

CRYSTAL RAE HAYSLETTE, 32, of Huntington, passed away February 16, 2017. She was born September 25, 1984, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Erma Hayslette and the late Lemon Hayslette. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Kaley Jade Ryder; two sons, Draven Taylor Kim and Kaden Zander Clark; two brothers, Larry Hayslette and Jonathan Davis; six sisters, Betty Wilson, Tina Black (Jerry), Annette Fuller (David), Kim Hayslette (Jack), Misty Howsmon and Christina Tackett; and two soul sisters, Mandy Layne and Aly Layne. Services will be private. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
