Kathy Jan Mayse Casey, 60, of Huntington, WV, died Friday April 27, 2012 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday April 30, 2012 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park’s Abbey of Devotion. Burial will follow. Kathy was born April 14, 1952 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Truman John & Ada Susan White Mayse. She was retired from the Building Service Department at Marshall University. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Lee Mollett & Judy Payne, one brother; Dale Mayse & one grandson; Trey Casey. Survivors include her daughter Cara Leann Casey of Huntington, one grandson; Tyler Casey, one sister; Maxine Ellison & husband Dick of Branford, Fl, one brother Larry Mayse of New Comerstown, OH, and a special friend; David Chapman of Huntington. Friends may call at the cemetery after 1:30 PM Monday April 30, 2012. Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
