Obituary

Stephanie Hazinski
(April 7, 2012)

Stephanie Ann Hazinski, 62, went home to be with the Lord, April 7, 2012, following a long illness at her home. She was retired from Cabell Huntington Hospital. She leaves behind her 3 children; Kimberly Hazinski of Huntington, WV, Paul Hazinski, II, and his wife Kim Lucas-Hazinski, of Proctorville, OH, and Paula Ashley Black and significant other Tom Heflin, of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, Kristen Sowards and Tyler Sowards of Myrtle Beach, SC, Christopher Hazinski and Abigail Hazinski of Proctorville, OH, Hannah Maris, Zavierr Maris, and Lilly Jo Maris, of Huntington, WV, a beloved brother Walter Haynes of Beufort, SC, a special friend, Judy Strow of Crown City, OH, and Paul Hazinski, Sr, who was always there for her, along with numerous other friends and loved ones. Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Jo Ann Haynes, and best friend (sister) Fran Ferguson who welcomed her into her new everlasting home. Stephanie’s life was her children and grandchildren to whom she devoted all she had. They were her most prized possessions. She genuinely loved us all for our flaws and was a proud woman because of her family. Chapman’s Mortuary is handling the arrangements, however no visitation or service will be held at her request. A celebration of life will be held at a later time. All friends, family and loved ones are welcome to attend.
