Donna Marie Spurlock
(January 22, 1943 - April 22, 2012)

Donna Marie Arnold Spurlock, 69, of Huntington, WV, Loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt, went to be with the Lord, Sunday April 22, 2012 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday April 25, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington with Rev. Herb Vaughn officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Donna was born January 22, 1943 in Gill, WV a daughter of the late Vinson & Opal Adkins Arnold. She retired from Marshall University Housekeeping Department. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Larry E. Spurlock, two brothers; Basil & James Arnold. Survivors include three daughters; Robin L. Spurlock Baker, Kimberly D. Spurlock Farley & husband Michael, & Carla J. Spurlock, two sons; Michael E. Spurlock and Scott A. Spurlock & wife Cindy all of Huntington, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, three brothers; Kenneth Arnold & wife Rose of Michigan, Billy Joe & Chester Arnold both of Huntington, and several nieces & nephews she held dear to her heart. The family would like to thank Cabell Huntington Dialysis Center, St Mary’s Medical Center-IMCU nursing staff and Dr. Tom Dannels for 20 plus years of care.
