Dolores Midkiff Adkins
(March 4, 2013)


Dolores Midkiff Adkins, 91, of Huntington, WV, passed away in Seffner, FL on March 4. She was the widow of Donald Clark Adkins. Dolores was raised in Branchland, WV and spent much of the last several years in Seffner, FL with her daughter. Dolores worked 30 years for the C&O Railroad, retiring in 1985 and was a member of the Eastern Star and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW. She is survived by daughter Joan Adkins Phillips and son Donald “Butch” Adkins (Donna). Also surviving are three grandchildren, Derek Phillips, Lacey Adkins, and Clark Adkins. A service was held in Seffner, FL with burial in Huntington’s Woodmere Cemetery beside her husband.
