Jerry Lee Laslo, 37, of Huntington formerly of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Jerry will forever be loved and missed by his longtime girlfriend, Christine Bocook and daughter Ashley Bandy of Chesapeake, OH; his mother Wanda Chapman of Huntington, WV; two brothers, Gary (Anita) Laslo of Huntington, Chris (Katrina) Laslo of South Point, OH; three sisters, Michelle (Shawn) Adams of Logan, WV, Plesheat & Ashley Chapman of Huntington; one uncle Jack (Starla) Hinkle of Proctorville, OH; 6 cousins and a host of nieces & nephews. Jerry was expecting his first grandchild in September. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Arnold & Phyllis Bruce and his uncle Kenneth Hinkle. Jerry’s love of skydiving has inspired his family to celebrate his first jump by setting him free in the sky on Memorial Day. In lieu of flowers the family requested donations to help with funeral cost. Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Sunday March 17, 2013.
