Judy Elaine Blevins
(January 12, 1942 - September 27, 2014)

Judy Elaine Blevins 72, of Huntington, widow of Howard Blevins, died Saturday September 27, 2014, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 PM Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at Chapman’s Mortuary, with Bennie Dean officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born January 12, 1942, in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Otha and Lillie Sias Lucas. In addition to her husband, a sister, Sharon Neace;, three brothers, Tommy Lucas, Michael Dean, George Lucas;, a grandson Christopher Adkins;, and her fiancé Billy McCloud also preceded her in death. She was a caregiver. Survivors include: two daughters and a son-in-law, Robin M. Dean of Chesapeake, OH, Sheila and Jamie Burcham of Ona, WV; two sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Cindy Staszewski of Chicago, IL, Michael and LeAnn Staszewski of Chesapeake, OH; siblings Monnie Topping of FL, Glenna Stanley of Branchland, WV, Bennie Dean and Danny Dean both of Ranger, WV, Roger Dean of GA, and Gay Adkins of Lorraine, OH; 7 grandchildren, Matthew Adkins, Brittany Abbott, Shannon Abbott, Trenton Abbott, Charity Staszewski, Joey Staszewski and Jenna Staszewski; one great-grandchild, Braelynn Adkins. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at the funeral home.
