Mary Ann Harvey, 78, of Milton, WV, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017, at her residence. She was born April 25, 1939 in Cabell County, WV a daughter of the late Sylvester David and Martha Eleanora Staples Riggio. Her husband, Henry Jennings Harvey and a brother, David Alfred Riggio, also preceded her in death. She was the owner and operator of Sleek Designs beauty salon; was associated with Fifth Avenue Baptist Church; and was a member of the Huntington Police Department Reserve Unit. Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Richard Maxey of Milton and Melinda and Michael Mooney of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Joy Ray of Huntington; a step son, Rick Harvey of Ona, WV; a step daughter, Donna Doolin of Ona, WV; a brother and sister-in-law, Lester and Ellen "Cookie" Riggio of Huntington; a sister and brother-in-law, Christaellena and James Stamper of Martha, WV; six grandchildren; several step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Rev. Eric Porterfield and Rev. Hubert Harvey officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
