Frances Juanita Beckett
(October 19, 1926 - March 2, 2015)



Frances Juanita Beckett, 88, of Huntington, WV passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.  Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, March 6, 2015 at noon at the Prince of Peace Freewill Baptist by Pastor Phillip Warren. Entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.  Juanita was a retired clerk with the VA Hospital and a charter member of the Prince of Peace Freewill Baptist Church.  Juanita was born on October 19, 1926 in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of the late William and Lena Hobbs Tomblin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Raymond Beckett, one brother: Eugene Tomblin a sister Emogene Jackson and a son-in-law Dewey M. Blake.  She is survived by her son and daughter in law: Gary and Susie Beckett of Barboursville, daughters and son in law: Sherri Blake and Deborah and John Rickman all of Huntington. Sisters: Mildred Roy and Lucille Washington of Huntington and Linda Lewis of Fl. Twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.  Friends may call from 11:00 am until service time Friday at the church.  Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family.
