Madeline Beulah McCoy
(August 22, 1931 - March 21, 2015)



Madeline McCoy, 83, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Madeline was a devoted mother, a nurturing grandmother, a loving sister and special friend to many. Born August 22, 1931 to the late Everett and Zida (Bailey) Wingler. She was united in marriage for sixty-one years to Fred McCoy Jr. To this union were born 9 children, Larry McCoy, Phillip (Ann) McCoy, Kevin McCoy, Scott McCoy, Darren (Beverly) McCoy, Angie McCoy, and Ericka (Gary) Gillman. She was reunited in heaven with her dearly beloved father, mother, husband, daughter Sharon Kay, son Shawn Eric, grandson Rocco Ramey, sisters Mildred Perry, Ruby Morris and LouAnn Workman and brothers Ralph Wingler, Fred Wingler and Billy Wingler.  She will be remembered with love and affection by her children, her two sisters Frances Duncan and Loraine Elkins, her brother Bobby Wingler, her 8 grandchildren, Misty Dawn (Danny) Marshall, Freddie McCoy, David McCoy, Lisa McCoy, Christopher McCoy, Michael McCoy, Tessa Ramey and Savanna Gillman, eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends Angelia Cheek King and Hazel Farley.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon Wednesday followed by a celebration of life conducted at 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Route 60 Freewill Baptist Church with Brother Ritchie Fluty officiating. Burial will follow at the Docks Creek Cemetery.
