DOTTIE LOU LEGG, 70, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016. She was born December 30, 1945, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Lloyd Thomas and Mabel Virginia Jefferson Mullins. She was preceded in death by two sons, Gregory and Joey Hall. She is survived by her husband, Fred Thomas Legg; two sons, Michael and Charles Hall; two sisters, Frances Bowles and Anna Lusher; two stepdaughters, Tammy Krech and Bridgette Topping; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
