Steven Hartzell Adkins
(May 4, 1960 - January 23, 2019)


Steven Hartzell Adkins, 58, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock, He was born May 4, 1960 in West Hamlin, a son of the late Earl and Mildred Osburn Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Lora Adkins. He is survived by two sons, Chris Craft of Huntington, and Steven H. Adkins II of Barboursville; four sisters, Kay Johnson of Barboursville, Londa Pace of Pickens, SC, Donna Bottomlee of Dunlap, TN and Jackie Rolfe of Culloden; one brother, Dwayne Adkins of Salt Rock; five grandchildren, Kyra Danielle, Crissa Lynn, Abigail Page, Allison Marie, and Levi Phillip Craft; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
