Janet Fay Jeffers
(May 16, 1942 - January 4, 2019)

JANET FAY JEFFERS, 76, of Huntington, passed away Friday, January 4, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Barboursville. She was born May 16, 1942, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Clifford and Virginia Mae Clutter Chinn. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Cliff Chinn Jr. and Paul Chinn, and her companion, Robert Lyons. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Albert Byars of Huntington; dear, close, best friend, Danielle Miller; grandchild, Scott Chinn of Elkview, W.Va.; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Barboursville. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
