Keith Perry
(October 5, 1934 - January 18, 2019)



Keith Perry, 84, of Ona, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 18, 2019. II Corinthians 5:8 provides Christians assurance that to be absent from the body is to present with the Lord. Keith was born October 5, 1934 in Cabell County, a son of the late Okey and Rena Morrison Perry. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Sharon Lewis, Evelyn Wall, Eloise Beckett and Delores Charles; five brothers, Earl Perry (Irene), Howard Perry, Billy Perry (Evelyn), Everett Perry and Bobbie Perry; and one brother-in-law, Tuey Bledsoe. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Esther Perry; one son, Ryan Perry (Mandy), one daughter Vickie Courts (Anthony); four grandchildren, Amber Chapman (Jack), Tyler Courts (Heather), Jace Perry, and Isaiah Perry; five great grandchildren Isabella Chapman, Jaxon Chapman, Kruze Chapman, Easton Courts, and Cullen Courts; four sisters, Elsie Bias (Keith), Betty Bledsoe, Marlene Vititoe (David) and Patricia Ghearing; two brothers, Marvin Perry (Arlene) and Dennis Perry (Remie); one sister-in-law, Minnie Perry; and one brother-in-law, Dewey Lewis. Keith was a retired machinist from CSX. He loved his church family at Antioch Baptist church in Ona, W.Va., where he served as a trustee for many years. Friends may visit from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday, January 20, 2019, at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 21, 2019 at Antioch Baptist Church, Ona, WV with Pastors Bill Davis and Nathan Jude officiating. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery.
