Andrew Roy Beveridge

Andrew Roy Beveridge, 76, of Huntington, passed away at home on Sunday, June 14, 2009. He is survived by his wife Arline Beveridge; two daughters, Laura Alberg of Centerport, L.I. New York, Heather Diaz of Gibsonton, FL, and one son, Robbie DeMoustes, of Flagler Beach, FL; his stepchildren, Steven Cody of Huntington, Wade Cody and Patricia Cody of New Jersey, Robert Cody of Lake Park, FL, and Matthew Cody of Staten Island, NY; 3 grandchildren, 12 step grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He was a member of Highlawn Presbyterian Church which he joined shortly after arriving in Huntington from New York City and enjoyed many years of worship there before his illness made it impossible for him to attend church. He was also a member of Western Star Lodge No. 11 AF & AM., Guyandotte, WV. Mr. Beveridge's body will be cremated and the ashes will be sent to Ferncliffe Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY for inurnment. A memorial service will be held at Highlawn Presbyterian Church on Friday, June 19, at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Cinda Harkless. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Highlawn Presbyterian Memorial Fund.
