Ethel Marie Douglas, 84, of Huntington, WV., died Tuesday November 24, 2009 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday November 28, 2009 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastors Terry Wagner & Paul Ray Farley officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Ethel was born July 28, 1925 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late William Virgil & Judy Ethel Bartley Barbour. She managed the Guyan Factory Shoe Outlet and was a member of the Tri State Worship Center Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband George Lee Douglas & 2 brothers, Billy Charles Barbour & Billy Jackson Barbour. Survivors include 1 son Steven Douglas of Huntington, 3 granddaughters, Kelly & Chris Rieder of Prichard, WV, Kristy & Jeremy Douglas of Huntington & Kimberly & Tim Workman of South Point, OH, 7 great-grandchildren, Christopher, Steven, Donnavan & Viktoria Douglas, Alexandria, Emily & Brogan Workman and a host of other family & friends.
