Rosalie Hager, 63, of Alkol, WV, wife of Ricky Hager, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born May 19, 1950 in Allen, KY., a daughter of the late Orbia and Della Wright Akers. She was a homemaker and former nurses aid. In addition to her husband, survivors include her “Mom”, stepmother, Martha Akers; a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Eric Harless of West Columbia, SC.; a son, Chad Hager of Alkol, WV; four grandchildren, Whitney Harless, Dallas Harless, Maria Hager, and Daniel Hager; four sisters, Sue Dotson, Nancy Turner, Rachel Akers, and Brandy Goodman and seven brothers, Bill Akers, Eugene Akers. Donnie Akers, Orbia Akers, Jeff Dendy, Jerry Dendy, and Marty Akers. There will be a graveside inurnment in Barker Cemetery at Upper Mud River, Lincoln County, at noon on Saturday, August 17, 2013, with Mark Capron officiating. Chapman’s Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
