Mr. Walter Eugene Carroll, 62, of Huntington, husband of CrerokeeRose Jackie Carroll, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 25, 2013 at White Chapel Mausoleum, White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. He was born April 5, 1951, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Calvin and June Handcock Carroll. He was a surveyor with the Eastohm Company. He was veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam War, and attended the Lighthouse House of God. Surviving in addition to his wife are the following children, Tom Carroll of Lavalette, Jerry Carroll of Flatwoods, KY, Tim Carroll of Huntington, David Mullinax, Amy Meister, and Sirena Gibson, all of Georgia, 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and a brother, Calvin Carroll of Huntington. Friends may visit at White Chapel Mausoleum after 12:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2013. Military graveside honors will be given by VFW post # 93, Kenova, WV.
