Donald Keyser
(July 3, 1932 - October 12, 2013)


Mr. Donald Ray Keyser, 81, of South Point, OH, husband of Barbara LaFon Keyser, passed away Saturday, October.12, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center following an extended illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Chapman’s Mortuary, with Gene Watson officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. He was born July 3, 1932 at Salt Rock, WV. a son of the late Lon and Iva Childers Keyser. Also preceding him in death were 5 brothers; Leslie, Herman, Robert, Troy and O’Neal Keyser. He was a veteran of the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was co-owner of Interstate Office Products, and more recently employed in the receiving department at Lowe’s. He was also an avid Marshall University fan. Surviving in addition to his wife, is his very special son and his wife, Stephen Todd and Beth Keyser, of Salisbury, MD ; a brother, Carl Keyser of Copperopolis, CA, and 3 grand dogs of which he was very fond, Lucy, Annie and Monkey. The family would like of express their sincere thank you to the many neighbors, who assisted the family during his illness. Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary after 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 15, 2103.
