One special friend and neighbor Brenda Flemings. She would never tell you "goodbye." She thought that was too permanent. She would always say "So long for now." Also she would always tell you she loved you and Jesus Loves you. She told me many times "Never drive faster than your Angel can fly." Isaiah 53:5 But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. She said this many time "by his stripes we are healed." Also she quoted John 3:16 many times. "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." I do not know a time in the last several years that I or anyone had a conversation with her that she did not speak of or reference God or the Bible. She truly did love the Lord.
