Obituary

Richard "Dick" Lee Hinchman Sr.
(October 4, 1035 - September 8, 2017)

Richard “Dick” Lee Hinchman Sr., 81, of Barboursville, WV, passed away September 8, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the Hinchman Family Cemetery, 2 Cedar Cliff Drive, Barboursville, with Jake Clark officiating. He was born October 4, 1935, in Barboursville, a son of the late Carl and Dulcie Lusher Hinchman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from INCO Alloys. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah A. Hinchman; siblings, Tom, Charlie, Bill and Steve Hinchman and Rosemary Midkiff, and a granddaughter, Holly Hinchman. He is survived by his wife, June Smith Fox; three sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Lisa Hinchman of Barboursville, Kevin and Amber Hinchman of Winfield, and Sidney and Beverly Hinchman of Barboursville; one brother, Patrick Hinchman of Drummond Island, MI; four grandchildren, Caleb, John, Brady, and Sydney Hinchman and one step-grandson Zane Fleming.
