Nancy Louise Carpenter
(March 28, 2018 - April 8, 2018)

NANCY LOUISE CARPENTER, 85, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Forest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Pecks Mill, W.Va., by Pastor Moss Workman. She was born March 28, 1933, in Logan County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Carlos and Susie Whitt Stollings. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gene Carpenter; son Joe Alan Carpenter; brother Earlas Stollings; and sisters Cleo Stollings Brumfield and Viola Stollings Newmans. She is survived by one daughter, Donna and Jeff Riley of South Point, Ohio; one son, Larry and Amy Butcher of Kitts Hill, Ohio; one sister, Myrtle Belcher of Barboursville, W.Va.; one brother, Mark Douglas Stollings of Henlawson, W.Va.; six grandchildren, Thomas (Tammy) Workman, Andrea (Douglas) Cremeans, Lacie (Tom) Mahon, Jason Carpenter, Brody Butcher and Katie Butcher; seven great-grandchildren, Austin Runyon, Derrick Runyon, Myranda Mahon, Joseph Mahon, Anthony Mahon, Dakota Mahon and Ralph Workman Jr. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, W.Va.
