Obituary

Patricia L. Nichols
(December 14, 1941 - April 17, 2018)

Patricia L. Nichols, 76, of Huntington, was born on December 14, 1941 to Sam and Addie Endicott Shilot in Logan County, West Virginia. She went home to the Lord on April 17, 2018, after an extended illness. Pat was a loving nurse at the Heritage Manor where she was an LPN for 22 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandson, Anthony David Nichols, II, her three sisters, Rose Shilot-Douglas, Virginia Shilot-Malik, and Lillian Ruth Shilot-Swiney, as well as her four brothers, Joe Shilot, Junior Shilot, Bob Shilot and Tom Shilot. She will be forever missed by her surviving family, her loving husband of 60 years, Robert D. Nichols, her sons Anthony David Nichols, and Robert Carleton Nichols and his wife Linda, her cherished granddaughter Amanda Dawn Nichols-Isom and her dear mother, Sharon Lynn Nichols, two treasured great-grandsons, Dylan Taylor Isom and Christopher Tyler Isom, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews she spoke of endlessly. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be conducted at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
