Patricia Ann Chapman
 (April 8, 1948 - July 21, 2009)

Patricia Ann Chapman, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born April 8, 1948 in Huntington a daughter of the late Freeman and Leona Adkins Jeffers. Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Carla Price and Danny Sellards of Huntington and Rhonda and Daniel Price of Spring Valley; three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Amy Flora of Huntington, Johnny and Rhonda Flora of Chesapeake, OH, and Billy and Alicia Spurlock of Huntington; a sister and brother-in-law, Emma Jean and Gene Spillman of Gallipolis, OH; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake, OH, with Gene Spillman officiating.
