Shirley Cole
(November 27, 1942 - March 13, 2012)


Mrs. Shirley Jane Cole, 69, of Huntington, devoted wife of 53 years to David William Cole, Sr, a loving wife and mother has gone to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Friday. March 16, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary with Rev. Carl Lilly officiating. Entombment will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. She was born on November 27, 1942, in Logan County, WV, a daughter of the late Elva and Rosa Dulcie Pack. She was a homemaker and attended Christ Temple Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Cole, Jr, a daughter, Sherri Cole McFeeley, and a brother, Dennis Pack. Additional survivors include 2 daughters and sons-in-law; Crystal and Bill Bragg and Betty and Tra Davis all of Huntington, 4 grandchildren, Melissa Bates, Michael Conkright, III and his wife Courtney, Brittany McFeeley and her fiancée, Jesse Burns, and Emily Davis; 3 great grandchildren, Camron Bates, Angel Hundley, and Addison Burns; 2 sisters, Connie Edwards and her husband John, of Fayetteville, NC, Linda Halford, of Jacksonville, FL, and a brother, Marshall Pack of Jacksonville, FL,; a very special uncle, Joseph Dulcie and a special niece, “Little”Margie Siegel, aunts, uncles, and special family and friend. Visitation will be from 1 pm until 2 pm Friday, March 16, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary.
