Mrs. Louella Marie Burns, 69, of Huntington, WV, wife of Jerry Burns, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012, in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born December 23, 1942, in Lincoln County, WV, a daughter of the late Edgar and Lesie Cremeans Messinger. Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Angela Dailey and two sisters, Alpha Faye Adkins and Anna Perkins. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Laurel Kent and Heather Dailey, and Larry Keith Dailey, all of Huntington; seven grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Edith and Lloyd Ferguson, of Lesage; and a brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Faye Messinger of Barboursville, WV. Services are to be private. Chapman’s Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
