Mr. Don R. Fox, 71, of Huntington, WV, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 21, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary with Rev. Donald Blake officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born May 1, 1941, in Huntington, a son of the late Robert L. and Ruby A. Faulkner Fox. He was a veteran of the US Navy, serving during Viet Nam. He was a retired truck driver. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend ‘Penny’ Phyllis Setliff Fox; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Douglas Good, of Parkersburg, WV, Latina and Carl Chaffin of Holly Hill, SC, a son and daughter-in-law , Donald Glen and Deloris Blake of Goose Creek, SC; grandchildren, Lindsay and Kelsey Good, Jonathan Allen, David Andrew, and Nathaniel Aaron Chaffin, and Joshua Glenn and Christina Dawn Blake; 8 great grandchildren, a sister, Betty Hick of Wilmington, NC and a brother, William Fox of Huntington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fellowship Church, 315 Laurel Avenue, Goose Creek, SC 29445. Military graveside services will be conducted by Veterans Honor Guard, Post # 16. Friend may call at Chapman’s Mortuary after noon Saturday, October 20, 2012.
