Betty DeMocker, 90, of Huntington, WV, died Thursday October 18, 2012 in Wayne Nursing and Rehabilitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday October 23, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Betty was born April 14, 1922 in Huntington, IN, a daughter of the late Stephen St.Claire & Elsie V. Raye McConnell. She was retired from Sears and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; Harold E. DeMocker. Survivors include a daughter & son-in-law, Karen & Richard Spurlock of Huntington, a son & daughter-in-law Harold S. & Taryn DeMocker of Orlando, FL, one sister, Jeralee Biddle of Dansville, NY, one brother, Richard McConnell of PA, five grandchildren, Shawn & Parrish Spurlock, Stephen & Sherry DeMocker and Stephanie Moore, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Friends may call at Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday October 22, 2012.
