Mr. Robert C. Welder, 78, of So. Point, of So. Point, OH, formerly of Shoals, WV, widower of Shirley Welder, passed away, Sunday, January 27, 2013 at River Bend Health Care. He was a retired educator in the Pocahantas County, WV School System. Surviving are a daughter, Sylvia Welder, of Florence, KY, son, Michael Welder, of Huntington, a sister, Sue Gordon, of Falling Waters, WV, and a grandson, Nicholas Jacobs, of Florence, KY. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family with funeral engagements, which are incomplete.
