Obituary



Emma Lou Boehm, 93, of Huntington, WV, died Thursday, December 8, 2016, in Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden, WV. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at White Chapel Memorial Garden's White Chapel Mausoleum, Barboursville, WV with family members conducting the service. Emma Lou was born December 31, 1922 in Hamlin, WV, a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Betty Pearl Rusk Curry. She retired from Mansour's Market and attended Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Truman Lester Boehm and her son-in-law, Stanley William Lewis. Survivors include two daughters, Trudy Blake and husband Bill of Pinehurst, NC and Diane Lewis of Wendell, NC; two sons, Truman "David" Boehm of Huntington and Rod Boehm and wife Marsha of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren, Melodie and Ryan Lewis, Stacy Koch, Donald Boehm and Allan Boehm; two great grandchildren, Cheznie Boehm and Braydon Boehm; and a sister-in-law, Lyda Curry of Columbus, OH.
