Carolyn H. Hazeldine

Carolyn H. Hazeldine, 88, of Huntington, WV, widow of Norman P. Hazeldine, passed away Monday, May 4, 2009, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She was born August 26, 1920 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Martin B. and Mildred Louise Otto Henley. She retired after 23 years as a Cabell County School Teacher and was a member of St. Peter�s Episcopal Church. Survivors include: a son and daughter-in-law, Phillip Henry Hazeldine and Nancy Chandler Hazeldine and a granddaughter, Brittany Carol Hazeldine, all of Huntington; and an aunt, Sara B. Otto of Beckley, WV. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, May 8, 2009, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Huntington, with Rev. Gilbert Watkins officiating. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Friends may call one hour before the services at the church. Donations may be made to the memorial fund at St. Peter�s Episcopal Church 2248 Adams Avenue, Huntington, WV 25704 or the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Road, Huntington, WV 25702.
