Letha J. Muncy
 (May 10, 1924 - January 10, 2010)

Mrs. Letha J. Muncy, 85, of Huntington, wife of Ed Muncy, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2010, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, with Rev. Phil Wilson officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born May 10, 1924 in Wayne County, WV a daughter of the late Pearley and Vestie Mills Jackson. She was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church, and was a former employee of Owens-Illinois and Kerr Glass Factory. A son, Mike Muncy, preceded her in death. Surviving in addition to her husband, is a son, Jimmy Muncy, daughter-in-law, Glenna Muncy McClain, grandson James Muncy, all of Huntington, and grandson Adam Muncy of Longview, TX, and many nieces and nephews and a host of close friends. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Chapman's Mortuary.
