Sue Newman

Sue Newman, 67, of Barboursville, WV, wife of Dick Newman, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010, in Saint Mary's Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 28, 2010, at the Woodmere Abbey of Remembrance, with Ernie Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow. She was born October 8, 1942, in Richmond, IN., a daughter of the late Darell and Mary Ball Long. She was a homemaker. Survivors in addition to her husband include: two sons, Cary Cantner and Cris Cantner both of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandsons, Ryan and Carson Cantner also of Cincinnati; three sisters, Kay Smith and her husband Bob, of Bradenton, FL;, Emily Zapatka and Marge Soles; one brother, Fred Long of FL, and her Step-mother Billie Long also of FL. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington is in charge of arrangements.
