Patricia Anne Curtis Chapman, 67, of Huntington, WV, died Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens’, White Chapel Mausoleum, Barboursville, WV, with Rev. Roger Chapman, Rev. Dearl Hutchinson and Rev. Robert Swanson officiating. Burial will follow. Patricia was born July 13, 1946 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Leonard P. and Trelma S. Suptin Curtis. Survivors include her husband Jerry E. Chapman, Sr.; three daughters, Angela Mullins (Eric), Michale Kingery (Curtis), & Trel Vance (Adam) all of Huntington; one son Jerry Chapman, Jr. (Betti Jo) of Salt Rock, WV; 13 grandchildren, Brandi Spurlock (Chad), Jarrod Mullins (Brittany), Dusti Mullins (Dustin), Christopher Chapman (Megan), Corey Chapman (Katelyn), Chauncey Chapman (Mary Beth), Cheyenne and Gracie Chapman, Joshua Kingery (Mandy), Joseph Kingery (Sierra), Jacob Kingery and Hope & Cody Vance; 12 great grandchildren, Brandon Kent, Rae-Anne, Kyler and Kaelee Spurlock, Josie Butcher, Graysen Mullins, Joseph Butcher, Joselyn, Jedidiah and Genevieve Mullins, Kloee Eaves and Austin Kingery; and one brother William Curtis (Sandy) of Huntington. Friends may call at the cemetery after 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
