    Dorothy E. Scozzafava, 64, died 
    Monday at Liberty Regional Medical Center following a long illness. Born in 
    Bluefield, WV, she lived in Hinesville for 24 years. She was a member of the 
    American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and MOCA VFW Pup 
    Tent #66. She is survived by her husband, Frank Scozzafava; 3 daughters, 
    Kimberly L. Williamson (J.R.) of Wayne, WV, Elizabeth M. Dotson (Pearl) of 
    Barboursville, WV, & Tammy Meadows (Jordan) Westchester Co, NY; two sons, 
    Robert E. Maynard (Jenny) of Huntington, WV & Frankie Scozzafava III of 
    Westchester Co., NY; one sister, Patricia Herring (Jerry) of Reynoldsburg, 
    OH; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 
    6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe 
    Chapel. Funeral service will be Saturday at 12:00 Noon at Chapman’s Mortuary 
    in Huntington, WV, with Pastor Ray Vance officiating, visitation from 6 p.m. 
    to 8 p.m. on Friday. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery in Salt Rock, WV. 
    Chapman’s Mortuary is in charge of those arrangements. In lieu of flowers, 
    the family requests memorials be made to the Dorothy Scozzafava Burial Fund, 
    Account #44598506, C/O The Heritage Bank, 300 South Main Street, Hinesville, 
    GA 31313 Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of the local
