Gloria Annette Henry

Gloria Annetta Henry, 78, of Ironton, OH, widow of Jack Keith Henry, died Wednesday, February 11, 2015, in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Friday, February 20, 2015, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Ernest M. Ritchie officiating. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. She was born June 5, 1936, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Fred Schneider and Lula Sullivan Carbin. Through the years, Gloria worked for Flowers by Edward Bennett, C M Love Hardware, and was a hostess at the Holiday Inn Holderby Landing. Survivors include 3 daughters, Gloria J. Wilson (James) of Ironton, OH, Patti Beaman (Carl) of Huntington, Bette Trador (Edward) of Mechanicsburg, PA; 3 grandsons, James Wilson II (Rhonda) of Greenville, SC, Michael Karr II (Jennifer) of Mechanicsburg, PA, and Donel Rose of Huntington; 5 granddaughters, Gloria Wilson (Mike) of Ironton, OH, Monica Stoner (Stephen) of PA, Destini Black (Rickey) of Pedro, OH, Erica Dutton (Calvin) of PA, and Amber Craft of Huntington; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. Visitation from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
