Dr. Darrell Edward Samples, 58, of Huntington, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at his residence. He was born October 5, 1956, in Charleston, WV, a son of Darrell Roy and Nancy Clemmer Samples. He was an acupuncturist with, Dr’s Samples and Adlington, PLLC., in Huntington. In addition to his parents, survivors include, partner, Dr. Jarod W. Adlington of Huntington; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Tobin and Angela Samples of St. Albans, WV, and Jesse and Kathy Samples of Nashville, TN; and three nephews, Torin Samples, Tyler Samples, and Zane Samples. A private memorial service with family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Victories or The Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter in his name.
