William Wetzel "Bill" Angle


William Wetzel "Bill" Angle, 88, of Huntington, husband of Naomi Ruth Angle, died Wednesday, January 15, 2020. He was born December 4, 1931 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late William Wetzel Angle, Sr. and Clara Fletcher Angle. In addition to his parents, a son, Jackie Angle and a sister, Linda Jenkins have preceded him in death. Bill had been married to Ruth for 64 years and had retired from the Huntington Housing Authority. Additional survivors include his daughter, Mary Ruth Black of Huntington; a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Lee and Barbara Angle of Huntington; two sisters, Jean Hall and Carolyn Clonch, both of South Point, OH; six grandchildren, Timothy Black, Tabitha Nottingham, Cade Angle, Nate Angle, Brandi Johnson, and Christopher Angle; and a great granddaughter, Mykenzie Nottingham. A celebration of life visitation will be 2:00-4:00 pm Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Inurnment will occur in Rome Cemetery at a later date. Donations made be made in his name to a charity of one's choice.
