Oakley Kandon Reid Price, 2-year-old son of Cayson Mitchell of Lesage, WV, died Sunday January 5, 2020 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Oakley was born March 9, 2017 in Knoxville, TN. Additional survivors include his maternal great grandparents, David and Naomi Mitchel of Lesage, maternal grandmother, Madonna Mitchell of Huntington, great aunt and uncle, Laura and Gary Fish of Hurricane, WV, uncle, Brandon Mitchell of Charleston, WV and his biological father, Chauncey Chapman of Salt Rock, WV. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 3:00 PM Thursday January 9, 2020 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington.
