Obituary


Linuel D. "Buck" Wilson, 82, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020, in Huntington Health and Rehab. He was born August 25, 1937 in Oak Hill, OH a son of the late Shirley "Bus" and Leatha Adkins Wilson. He was preceded in death by a son, Linuel Dale Wilson, Jr. He was a radio operator in the U.S. Navy and was maintenance supervisor at Allied Chemical and BF Goodrich. Survivors include: a daughter, Jennifer Sullivan; a granddaughter, Rebecca; 6 step children; and 7 step grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, January 24, 2020, at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, with Rev. Ernest Crabtree officiating. Veterans Honor Guard Post 16 will conduct military graveside rites. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements.
